It is called Viddymatic, and you can:
- Add popups with video or audio, or a page (with optin, or graphic, etc)
- Embed video on your site
- Can add youtube, or viddler videos
- Can use Amazon S3 video/audio files and even with timed protection features
- It also comes with a plugin for static html sites
